Website Design & Development Services
Before Project Commencement
Clients may request a refund if work has not yet begun on the project.
After Project Commencement
Once project planning, design, development, consultation, research, or content creation has started, payments become non-refundable.
Completed Projects
No refunds will be provided for completed and delivered projects.
Monthly Services
Monthly services including:
- SEO
- Digital Marketing
- Website Maintenance
- Hosting Management
- Advertising Management
are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
Client Delays
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by lack of client communication, content submission delays, or approval delays.
Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, Leakmay LLC reserves the right to retain payments corresponding to completed work.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Leakmay LLC first to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Leakmay LLC.
